Niki Sjölund - Neonatur

Lundhags' friend Niki Sjölund is a professional wild picker. He picks and delivers delicacies from the forest to some of Scandinavia's most renowned pubs.

"The concept of wild picking is a relatively new concept. In any case with that wording, it is something that we humans have been dealing with since day one," Niki says.

He also talks about all the benefits that the wild picking brings. "The forest is the perfect place to hang out with people," says Niki.
