Outdoor activities have grown over the past 10-15 years, and more and more people are turning to nature for sports, activities and recreation. Nature is good for us – both physically and mentally – we can determine with certainty. Today, where much of the time is spent in front of different screens, we believe there is a counterbalance. And the counterbalance is to spend more time outdoors.
This may be one of the explanations for why outdoor activities have become so popular, and many people want to identify as outdoorsy people, even in the city.
