Repairs within EU
Use your items for a long time! Repair them if they break. We at Lundhags encourage long-term use. This is important, both from an environmental perspective and so that you as a consumer can get help with repairs if a product from us needs to be repaired. Our cobblers in Järpen will help you with the repair of boots, backpacks, and clothes.
Here's how you do it:

Please provide as much information as possible and feel free to submit pictures of what needs to be repaired

You will receive an email from us with the address to send your product to

Wash your product and send it to the provided address

We will repair and return your product

You receive your product and pay either via a payment link or invoice
Repair time & price list
Normally, it takes up to 35 days from the time we receive the product until you have it back.
