Our ambition is to deliver the products as soon as possible, from 1-4 days, depending on where you live. As of today, we offer delivery to addresses in Norway, Sweden and EU countries with Euro as currency.

As soon as the order leaves our warehouse, we send an email with your tracking number. All our deliveries contain a prepaid return label if you want to return the product.
You must pick up your package at shipping provider delivery point within 7 days of it arriving, otherwise it will be returned.

We recommend downloading and logging into postnord's app to get continuously updated information about where your package is and be able to postpone the pick-up date if desired.

We offer delivery to your nearest pickup point. Shipping cost is calculated automatically when you order. We do our very best to deliver as quickly as possible, typically 1-4 business days.

We do not offer shipping to Svalbard, Norway.

We reserve the right to make delays during periods of high demand. Maximum delivery time is 3 weeks from when we receive your order. If your order has not been delivered by that time, you as a customer have the right to cancel the purchase at no cost, unless otherwise agreed.

If you have not received your package within 5 weeks, you as the customer are responsible for notifying us.

30 Day Free Return

You have 30 days free return on all orders. The item(s) must be unused and returned undamaged in the original packaging. All labels must be as they were upon delivery, and any instruction manuals must be included. It is important that you use the original packaging. Do not attach the returnlabel directly on the (shoe)box, use protective wrapping around. 

How can I return products?

To submit products for return, you must log in. If you do not have an account, you can create one with the email address used for the purchase. Your order will be linked automatically.

What happens after the return is submitted?

  1. Pack the products to be returned into the original packaging, following the criteria for returned items.
  2. Stick the return shipping label, included with your order, on the outside of the packaging. Write your return ID on the marked field on the return shipping label.
  3. Take it to your nearest post office for dropoff. When delivering the package for return, make sure you receive and retain the receipt from the shipping provider.

 

What happens next?

A refund will be delivered when your returned products are checked and approved at our warehouse.
