      Back in 1932, shoemaker Jonas Lundhag began manufacturing shoes and boots in a small workshop in the Swedish wilderness region of Jämtland. His sense of quality, as well as function was just as pronounced as his love of nature. Since then, the knowledge and traditions have been handed down from generation to generation and even today you can find this special "Lundhags feeling" in all of our products. Try one and you'll understand exactly what we mean.

      We don't know if it has to do with the climate, or if it simply is in our blood, but one thing is for certain: there is something special about the mentality of people in Jämtland. To say that we are stubborn is not really a cliché. When we do something we don’t give up until we have accomplished exactly what we set out to do.
