Information regarding Covid-19
The virus Covid-19 affects us all in different ways. Lundhag's focus is to ensure the health and safety of our employees and their families, minimize the spread of the Covid-19 virus while continuing to focus on our business and mission - to inspire people to live a sustainable life through hiking and outdoor life.
We take responsibility
We keep up to date and follow the instructions and recommendations we receive from the responsible authorities, especially the Public Health Authority in Sweden (https://www.folkhalsomyndigheten.se/). We have also developed our own guidelines that we follow within our Group (BRAV.com) - all to ensure the health and safety of our employees and their families and to minimize the spread of the Covid-19 virus.
We will remain open until further notice
Our offices remain open, but we have taken a number of precautions such as; work at home, visitor restrictions, travel restrictions and cleaning and hygiene in the premises.
Our two Factory stores in Sweden; Järpen and Insjön remain open - we follow the authorities’ recommendations closely and follow the development.
Our e-commerce is open 24/7 where we now present our current 2021 range. Our deliveries are not affected right now, and we have ensured that our shipping routines are hygienic and safe.
You are always welcome to contact us. Our customer service will help you with questions and concerns about our products, orders or cases.
Repair
Maybe it's time to go through your hiking gear. Our shoemakers in Järpen are happy to receive your broken / old boots. Since the boots are constructed according to our so-called Shell Boot principle, it is possible to replace different parts and get them almost as new again. We also receive clothes and backpacks that need repair.
